As far as SORRENTO is concerned, what you are in the middle of is the Institutions building their position. Always the same. At some point as SORRENTO gets recognition on the world stage they will not be able to hold back the pressure and the stock will rise. The BOD knows what they are doing. Slow as a one legged turtle but grinding forward none the less.
Buyout, yes it may even become hostile but the institutions do not hold enough of a position to make that happen yet.
The company has a vision and are bound and determined to make that vision a reality.
It will take time but not as long as many think.
