yeah yeah!! at 3:20 the volume was 219.84k and price at .17 - and at 3:50 the volume was 221.84k and the price at .19. so 2k shares moved it big time! maybe someone entered a market order (LOL j/k). shows you the possibilities of manipulating the share price with a very small amount of cash.
