I am supposed to meet Keith & Craig over coffee on Friday when they are in Chanute later this week and looking forward to it.
We still havent thawed out from theice storm 2 weeks ago, I spoke to my relative that lives near the leases, she said the Hemi Trucks were running the whole time.
I emailed Keith and he verified what I was told.

Yes it has been incredibly tough going up there since that ice storm two weeks ago, I was out in the field last week and if this snow/Ice storm doesnt disrupt travel Wednesday, I am going back up and staying until probably Saturday. Yes we are running under emergency conditions, now I am trying to spend the first part of the week in the office doing admin stuff and the second part in the field helping out the crew and getting bids from additional drilling contractors and we are going to interview and hire some extra hands, things are getting to be too big for our current field guys.
Now is not a good time to have a field tour, I guess you can look out your window and see why LOL, We didnt really have any critical damage, the problem is access most of the leases still snow and ice covered, most are inecessable by 4 wheel drive, we are having to use the 5 ton Army trucks to get around in most areas of the leases, ice storm of the century? I am glad Kansas doesnt have these ice storms often!
Jerry is still out of action, he broke a couple of ribs slipping on ice, I hope he will be back in a week or two. Craig and I are staying in IOLA, but will have meetings in Chanute, Friday if you would like to get together there Friday afternoon I would be happy to buy you a cup of coffee.
