STELLER/XLM...3988...Cup N Handle Continuation Pattern in play here...

The right side of the Handle needs to hit the .90 Resistance Neckline...for the Pattern to complete...then we hit all time highs...imo...we shall see...

The longer and deeper the Cup is the higher chance of a bigger return and this Cup is about 4 years in the making with a .02 range bottom...

.90 Resistance Neckline range minus the .02 Bottom range.= .88...Then .88 plus the Resistance Neckline=$1.78 range Target...
