The money to buy their inventory came from the bridge loan. That is what they are doing to prep the launch of their e-commerce. You can’t launch without inventory to fulfill the orders. As far as the filings, I can’t answer that, but the company can. My guess is that e-commerce may launch before it is approved. Maybe you should reach out to the company and ask that question. Just a thought and my opinion. Maybe they will address. Bottom line is they are the only ones who can answer your accusations. Imo
