INO They (FDA) obviously has not passed Inovio through Phase Two to Phase Three. I'm calling that a fail.

The company can easy tell investors differently if the case but Inovio has reneged on telling investors what was the response from FDA to the questions Inovio was sent by the FDA to answer. The FDA was obligated to respond to Inovio's answers within 30 days. That was over a year ago.

At some point you have to state the obvious- that Inovio's covid candidate INO 4800 has failed in Phase Two. And that means Inovio was failed by FDA, if not letter form than for a practical matter. Only Inovio can tell us and it is not informing shareholders. Which is Inovio's M.O., just keep things unending, dangling to keep the story from being extinguished. That's why Inovio has about 14 candidates we hardly hea a substantive thing about. It's because for a practical matter most are dead, FAILED.

Inovio has shown its colors once again by not informing shareholders what happened. It is in this void, and weighed in the context that the development of a Covid Vaccine was a race against time, that the conclusion must be drawn that Inovio's Covid candidate INO 4800 failed FDA in Phase Two.
