I signed up for the TRIAL Level 2 Access Subscription and have decided that I do not wish to continue this service. I tried emailing Support and contacting the 888 number for Subscriptions to cancel my TRIAL subscription before my 30-day trial period expires.

The 888 number continues to put me on HOLD... then ultimately takes me to a voicemail message that asks me to leave my name, account number, and phone number... but then hangs up on me before I can leave my contact information.

You need to fix this issue.

I am stuck. I just want to cancel this TRIAL Level 2 Access before my credit card gets charged for it.

Please DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD for Level 2 Access... I don't want it.
