What we know about this NEW project and the company.

-2 PR updates in past 2 months

-PR states they have closed funding

-PR states financial disclosure will show funds in balance sheet

-PR states waiting on last few acquisitions of remaining land owners for “mega project”

On a side note if you have a joint “mega project” I would bet there is a mega partner to go with it. JMO

-PR states Company is moving to reporting status

-no dilution or change in share structure since inception - you can call transfer agent to verify!

- PR states they believe details of projects, closing land owners, and OTC disclosures will be done by this month.
