Video explaining toxic funding.

Seems obvious this is what is happening here. When it ends, this will move up IMO. But that 2nd(?) investment of 1 million dollars at .01 is the second round of toxic funding. If we get through that, we'll move up...if not...well...we can assume what happens next.
