I understand the 25% rule seems to apply, but PATI actually indicated the ex-dividend date was yesterday. Did they state it wrong in the PR or is there some nuance here that allows the ex date to be before the distribution rather than after? I’m always worried there is some nuance of securities rules I don’t understand.
