My one concern is related to the number of convertible shares held by "friends and family" - IF they were to do the dreaded R_, many of them could exercise, BUT they had better have their finger on the trigger, because we all know what happens to a stock that does the dreaded R_ down, down, down. Shares are cheap enough, maybe they can buy back a few hundred million once revenues get up.

You can blow it off if you want to, but the reality is there is a LARGE number of shares waiting for conversion starting around .08.
