Hello again, my financials are just as bad as the company's, almost in proportion, but I still have great faith in the company and the team behind it, not yet even met Stuart, but I have faith in what he is doing, sometimes it is not as easy as it may seem, initially I thought, "wow, this is the product everybody needs", but not everybody is so bright or open to new ideas, etc, etc. The problem is that the opposition has been making and selling air-filled products, worth billions of dollars per year.
So the jump, our jump will be very, very big, sooner or later.... (posted in 2015)

They failed to deliver or ship goods we purchased under a distributor agreement, 3 times in the past 5 years, they have not refunded us... We order materials - they take our money, then never deliver anything. this has happened 3 times in the past 4 years we have been owed a refund for over a year and half and still have not received it - it is our sincere belief - based on their actions, that they are running a pyramid scheme,
Desired Outcome

I want my distributor fee refunded and my orders we did not receive refunded. How can we be a distributor of their product, if they cannot fulfill a single order?

We had paid USD 2,600 for Distributorship Franchise Fee in October 2017. After that, we had ordered for 41 Nos. Thermal Insulation & Protective Coating in November 2017 and had sent Advance Payment amounting to USD 7,728.92/- Delivery period was 10 business days. When we had contacted them after the completion of delivery period for the shipment, they had made many excuses that they had been struggling with freeze-related shipping issues. After many follow ups and emails regarding shipment we had asked to refund our payment and they agreed. They had sent us a Credit Memo in March 2019. After that we had sent many reminders (above 100 times) for refunding amount but till now we did not receive any refund.

Our company was supposedly the appointed distributor for Nansulate and we placed an order for a prominent government client 30 gallons of Nansulate Energy Protect in July 2015. Months later they say they had to send back our order to the production because "it did not meet their stringent quality control standards" and said it had to go for a "re-work" so we waited patiently. Paid $2000++ for the damn order but they did not deliver. Since early 2015 we requested for refund but til today they just kept quiet.

There are many other "inspirational stories" from other distributors like Insulo in South Korea that got scammed for $20,000.00, but you can get the picture from these sad stories.
