Not worried at all about this investment. Reg A note should be almost completely done at this point. Maybe one more week of dilution ...maybe. CEO stated several weeks ago there were approx 125M shares left to satisfy the notein the current price range. Since then there have been approx. 110M shares added to the outsanding share count according to the OTC, as of 11-05. I saw a approx.15M share diluted this AM, if that was part of the Reg A, then maybe today was the last day...
Either way. It will end, and if Belfrics India really is pulling in the money that everyone believes they are. Verified by the traffic on the crypto and Forex exchanges, then additional funding by stock sales may not be needed. In fact we may see an enormous rise in PPS. Current valuation estimates range from .50-.75, a nice jump from .025.
So sell if you want to sell, flip if you want to flip. I've got my shares tucked away. I don't care if filings are a little late. I won't be selling, and if it dips further, I'll just add another 500k or so.
