Nothing significant in the upcoming quarterly filings, besides updated ownership amounts for the common stock.

Eventually, an 8k for acquiring South Seas which is the holding company for a large number of companies that have combined hundreds of millions in revenue.

No one knows for certain when that would come out. However, they have a clear plan for action for proceeding, and my guess is we see that by the end of the year.

If you're in for a couple of million shares at this price point would definitely recommend doing some more research to see what you actually just bought and what people are expecting to see.
