this will become a good risk/reward play when it comes down to 3 cents.

at 40mil. market cap right now and pending RS and no progress in sight until Q1/Q2 next year (if that) because they have their hands tied because of ''corona'' this is still overvalued.

Remember, all they have now is just a bunch of licenses. Let me see the progress, we have been stuck for a looong time.
