I took it as LLBO would get 30% of Profits made by Cyrcadia if ITBra/CBM made it to market. I just thought Unrestricted or restricted shares would have been written in the paragraph where it says "LLBO OWNS 30% of Cyrcadia." Another words, it would say LLBO OWNS 30% of Cyrcadia SHARES.
