Where do you draw the line when it comes to red flags? If it happened 3 months ago, is it a recent enough factor to consider or already an irrelevant past event? Some of us here can see the rinse-repeat cycle of DSCR starting a new project, announcing JVs, failing and then moving on to the next thing. That tells you a lot imo, but at minimum, tells you to temper your expectations.
The only time I'd say the past has no bearing on what's going on now is if there is a complete change in management. Not the case here though.
