Thanks Boston - seems like he believes in his cause. If he wants to make a real change and advance the cause of affordable housing - now is the time. The polls are pointing to GOP House and probably Senate so why would he wait to get the GSEs out under a Consent Decree. They definitely can get a Consent Decree in place and start raising capital before Jan 23 when the new Congress comes into session.
