That filing is like one huge Safe Harbor statement, a nd goes out of. Its way to disassociate itself from any of the companies' directors holdings, in China or anywhere else.
Not even a hint of acquisition or merger.
Also, why is Chen Ren referred to repeatedly as a "she" rather than the man we know he is? Very curious.
