Just one comment, I believe that of those 29,433,485 shares { " ... Number of shares of Common Stock ($0.0001 par value) outstanding at the close of business on August 3, 2010 was 29,433,485 shares. ... " https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/944725/000094472510000019/form10q.htm } some were cancelled due to tax loss abandonment, issues in the broker accounts as reported here by BBANBOB, etc

I don't know how to guess how many shares are left for distribution
