Your friend is likely correct about Gottliebs statement have dictated todays trades. But, Gottlieb is likely wrong. I see covid here to stay while mutating here and there all around the world. Good therapies and multiple therapies will be needed.

lifelong friend in investment group with group of other physicians..heavily into Covid market with lots of sophisticated investors who have made millions..liked IPIX and took a position..called this AM and said every Covid stock they were in took a beating fwiw...felt smoke would clear but said Dr. Gottliebs statement had a strong impact on todays trading
