There is NO way to predict the potential for this stock (or for any stock). If the so-called reverse merger happens, the devil will be in the details - if the market likes the details, then we hold and see what happens - trade a little - and see what works out. If the market does NO like the details, then you sell ASAP.

It's OTC and it's a penny - keep that in mind.
