Fidelity dont control the "MOASS". No rules, no government control the "MOASS" and even no trading platform either. the "MOASS" is with the hedgefund and they know it. DRS your share this and moving from trading platform here and there do not control the "MOASS". it makes "ZERO" difference in how things are right now. BUY Order will still be routed into the dark pool and the share you are holding makes no difference whether it is move from here to there. Dark Pool is still as high as usual.
