Both the fundamentals and the uplist are important. If the co gets the uplist, I’ll know they meet the financial criteria for listing and also the stock is $2 or more.

One item mentioned a while ago was their need to get some sort of financial backing. I think they said by last April was their plan. This was one of the req for uplisting. I haven’t seen any updates on this.
