I was using OTC Markets, but it seems that they are using an older number for the O/S.

https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/bkkt/security

The most recent number for the O/S (according to SEC docs) is 50 million. So a $1.6 BILLION market cap is correct.

But that is still very low for this company (IMO).
