I do not think they are bringing her aboard just for window dressing (at least I Damn sure hope not) My take (for what it is worth) is they want to announce significant movement on all three entities in roughly the same time frame. I then would think, when the time comes, Apollo will offer an IPO. This all breaks like this it would be one Hell of a feeding frenzy. IMHO :)
