My guess they will reverse merge multiple company's they own with ARAT .Umbrella all of them under ARAT.. They decided it was much easier/faster to buy the shell... IPO's take alot of time and money..

They are in New York now orchestrating the PLAN/DEBUT maybe before christmas or the New Year imo. Just wonder what revenue the brought in from the core coin sale. I'm sure they will be NASDAQ soon. The setting maybe was a clue. These guys are so much bigger than pink mentality.

Had a good conversation few weeks ago with new cfo Chris Strachan confirming ARAT.

He mentioned watch for news.. Wouldn't say what or when..

Long and strong for a yr here. I will be here all of 2022..
