Adding 730,000,000 shares to the OS is not going to drive the price up.
Especially when they are convertible at .0029

That's just not how it works.

Volume will tank the PPS and when they R/S to get the price back up all the rest of those funding deals will still be convertible at .0029.

The .0075 rang is considered stuck. And when it dips below .0075 the company will be calling for shareholders to average down. All they will be doing is paying off the .0029's. The fundamentals just aren't there for this "company" to go anywhere.
