How Nader Pourhassen Committed Securities Fraud

Under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Securities Fraud is defined as willfully engaging in deceptive practices intended to manipulate financial markets or induce investors to make financial investment decisions based on deceptive or false information.

Let's set the stage. Nader Pourhassen is no stranger to fraud and felony. He is also no stranger to setting impossible timelines and missing them. He has done this several times before but now the stock was in a 20% free fall. Message boards are angry at him and he is in a panic.

He needs to stop the free fall, and quiet the angry internet mob. So he decides to tell Amarex to file the BLA despite knowing that it is incomplete. He explains to them they need to stop the losses in the market and calm the investors.

Nader Pourhassen, the unrepentant criminal, knows that the almost guaranteed RTF is something he never has to publicly share. He can make up any reason he wants. Which he did he and lied to investors, making the RTF out to be about something other than the willful incomplete filing.

This was a short term solution, one Nader has taken all his life. His lack of foresight, arrogance, incompetence and narcissism point to deep pathologic problems. How else can one explain his inability to see the danger of suing Amarex? His fraud would be exposed in court filings.

The answer is the lawsuit, like the intentionally incomplete BLA filing is another short term solution. In fact another securities fraud committed because he knew the lawsuit had no merit based on his actions. It was once again another attempt to manipulate the market and investor support.

Nader Pourhassen is a criminal who will soon be brought to justice.
