You really don't know how this works. Med device and biotech companies pay surgeons to be on the board. Implicitly a part of the business deal is to be an advocate of the technology and to say positive statements through the company's videos and press releases. Of course they are under NDA and can't speak outside of company sponsored communication, but the companies try to get them on record in their PR campaigns.

This goes back to the whole discussion on Estape and how the most positive thing he could say on official company media was that the camera light was good.

The company has been paying the other four for a while, and literally, not one sentence in the press release about the Enos system ... from anyone! Including Estape ... !

Scroll up the page on this forum and you will see quotes from a long time ago from the SAB. That these are missing here is very revealing.
