spot on - great post and that is exactly the issue. there is a massive credibility issue with management - and the BLA debacle seems to be the straw that broke the camel's back. the stock is trading like we're in big trouble here. for context, a collapse in value like this is extraordinary. even during the tech collapse people who bought dot coms at the top didn't sustain that type of loss.

i would have much more respect for management if they would step up and claim responsibility for costing shareholders this year a nearly 90% loss in value, vs pointing fingers at 13D.
