I understand the need for diverse opinions that lifts the debate on a board.

That being said. It is really irrelevant for the long term viability of the stock whether it goes current last Wednesday or next Wednesday.

The stock will go current. There should not be much debate about that.

The company has $10 million in the bank

The company can afford to pay 27 employees

It is a holding company with newly formed companies that do not start to return revenues overnight

It is a simple gamble. Will HPIL be successful before the $10 million runs out or not.

My opinion is yes. At least do well enough to make me some money.
