The Last Time ANI Pharmaceuticals did an Offering ...

On March 10, 2014 the Company priced an offering @ $31.00 per share. Eleven months later, a day after they announced the year-end earning (Feb.20th), the stock was trading at $68.66.

While Mr. Walsh definitively deserves credit for leading the Company during a most difficult time. One, which I refer to as the triple whammy period, COVID-19, Mr. Przybyl's abrupt resignation, and finally the RTF letter. I would also like to acknowledge the person who was instrumental in getting the Company where it is today, the previous Chairman, Mr. Robert E. Brown, Jr.. He is still a member on the Board of Directors. Mr. Brown held the position of Chairman from the very beginning of ANI being a publicly traded company. He is the co-founder of Meridian Venture Partners which at one time owned over 23% of the stock, according to the latest filing, he controls over 17% of the outstanding common stock:

The following table sets forth certain information concerning beneficial ownership of shares of the Company’s common stock as of April 26, 2021, with respect to each of the Company’s directors and named executive officers and all of the Company’s directors and executive officers as a group. The addresses of those listed below are the same as that of the Company.

His resume' is impeccable and his continued influence on all things ANI-related is and should be much appreciated.
