Well what looked JC taking $3 million, pretty sure that offering paid for all the convertible debt that was paid off. So when you are shareholder on the end of a huge dilutive event like we endured it's ugly af, emotional, destructive to watch your position whither under constant pressure.

However if you bullish on the company, sell small losses, wait to buy when the dilution looks let up.

Even though PAUL is here, I think this is some sort of scare tactic by some of those .001 bidders. But also some noteholder could be cleaning out there closet who knows.

What we do know is we are close to some catalysts, if JC as advisor gets the pump going we are all good, I heard he has "whales" coming so we shall see.
