Common sense is a rare commodity, and there surely hasn't been much of it on this board lately!

Let me offer this:

Rich, the first step you need to take to get things back in hand is to CLOSE THE BANK OF SEAVIEW! No more officer loans, no more PP's on the installment plan! The purpose of a PP is to get cash into the company... immediately! A PP that locks in a ridiculously low price for a long time with just a down payment, and only for insiders to boot will do the company no good, and make the existing stockholders extremely PO'd.
