I think the ideas of a conference call are great. Also, I’m sure not everyone could make it to NJ, so I just want to give everyone an update about the facility as I have seen it and been there before... It has been about 2 years since I’ve seen it, so I’m sure there have been upgrades since being there. (When I was there I remember seeing a packaging machine that wasn’t set up yet, and I’m sure it is now) Anyway, when you walk in, you walk into a warehouse like area. This is where the finished goods are stored, along with incoming product. Further in the warehouse, is an enclosed clean room space for manufacturing and pre-packaging of product. If anyone is familiar with LEAN manufacturing, it means the production line runs with as little wasted steps as possible.. this facility is set up this way. Incoming is close to receiving where parts are inspected. Then, manufacturing goes around in a circle within the clean room at each step, until getting to the last step of packaging. The office section of the facility is in the same big building. If you are able to see the facility, I would recommend you do.
