There is no disrespect in the PR, in fact, it was much respect.

Incan Indians are the native people of Peru. Native Incans normally fall under provincial laws and not normal national laws, similar to what we have in the USA for Native Americans and the BIA Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Many of the tribal people are artisans that don't need licenses because of their tribal status. By Moon partnering with such deep locals, it expands many opportunities to Moon especially by keeping a local as 5% owner in the company they qualify for indigenous programs for mining that other mining companies are not afforded.

The many mainstream Peruvians are ethnic blends of different South Americans and Europeans such as Italians in Chiclayo, Germans -Austrians in Iquitos and do not fall under the same laws for mining and agricultural issues.

So Moon, partnering with a native Incan Indian is a major cultural acceptance into their community which opens up many doors of access.

I believe what you were trying to say is that Ica is a region and Incan is the native Peruvian.

It's clear the PR was very accurate in the benefits of teaming with a local Incan Indian Mining Professional team.

It's clear the native Peruvian locals are looking to make their own contacts in the mining business because the Peruvian government has ignored them for many years. The Peruvian government has only catered to the Peruvian Ethenic Blends in Lima and ignored the indigenous people of Peru who hold the keys to the gold Spains's Pizarro tried Stealing.
