All these lawsuits flying around and good ol Pawson, Sinensky, and Rosen were painting a pretty picture to investors thru it all (until the lawsuit cats were let out of the bag), funny how that has changed their points of view! All the same they have/will line their pockets! They will walk away rich folks unless all of these lawsuits and the SEC can find some sort of justice.
Looks like prime opportunity for some class action lawsuits from those that invested in this scam!
