Serious revenue question. With no real revenues from Ag or O&G until 3rd or 4th quarter that leaves hospitals and fluid sales to generate $5 million in sales (on the low side for 2022). Fluid sales for all HOCL manufacturers dropped significantly by March of this year. Same thing for the other surface disinfectants. If PCTL derived 75% of the $5 million from hospital sales that would be $3.75 million. They were at about $90/month for the first six months with about 20 generators under contract. That is about $4,500 per generator. They would need to have about 70 generators at $4,500/month under contract to reach the $3.75 million. ACE Janitorial has gotten virtually every contract so far. It has taken them almost four years to do it. What chance do you give them to more than triple that in the next couple of months?
That still leaves $1.25 million or $100,000/month for fluid sales. Can they stay in business long enough to get there?
