I thought you sold this via your smart phone - if this was a phone transaction the rep you spoke to was required to tell you about the fees before he executed the transaction.

I called Ameritrade as I couldn't sell and during that conversation I was told how many shares I could sell and did so.

During this conversation I was NOT told of any printing charges, S&H ...


If he/she didn't disclose the fees, call them back and ask to speak to a manager. Tell them you want the tape transcript because they record conversations and that you want it reviewed because no one told you about these fees. If they refuse or don't agree with you, make sure you get names of who you spoke with and take note of the dates you spoke to them. Then you can file a complaint with the sec. They will ask you for any documentation you have - physical (like the confirmation that shows the amount of transaction) and notes and names of people. File it here:
