As you said they all suck at customer service. If Coinbase had all of them I would buy them there but they don't. Bitmart is just easy to buy and no need to swap. I have Sia at Krakken and they have chat and their customer service gets right back to you. But I will most likely be selling my SIA at a loss for more cash for micros.
