With only a $13m MC, the NOL, and a low float/ss? Man, hard to predict, but I think a pps of .01 is unlikely lol.. really depends on the merging entity value.

Suffice to say, .01, even .10 may be cheap, again who knows? But it’s a damn sexy shell for any company that’s for sure!
