It actually has been happening for years but now that the OTC has thinned out it is more noticeable. Just scan through 10 or so OTC tickers tomorrow and look who's on the ask... CDEL... Two or three times Every year they short the fuk. out of the OTC. The last four or five months of OTC over hall they have been low key. OTC investors need to DD thier investments closely.. IMO Out of the companies that have survived the Pink current status there will be quiet a few that fail. Choose wisely and be rewarded well.
