How can this be undervalued? The company has no revenue, no assets and apparently a huge overhead with 27+ employees. Oh yeah, forgot the new building. Debt, debt, debt. The only thing worth money was the picture with a pile of crap on a pallet. If he’s lucky he may get around $100 for scrap metal.
