Last I checked MDIN was dark ALTERNATE REPORTING STANDARD. Not sure why SEC would revoke or suspend them for not filing with the commission when they do not even have to file with the commission. Make sense?

New law gives OTCM, as the only major IDQS, to give power to any expert or grey market ticker. They will handle all form 211s and mainstream another way for tickers to escape by OTCM doing an initial review. They pass OTCM guidelines, they can trade again. MDIN will go through OTCM I believe. The Skull and Bones are the only hangup, why are we labeled with this mockery??
