Maybe… but these filings are a nothing burger. He hasn’t been SEC reporting so literally a waste of time and proves he’s just in it for pumping and trying to manipulate share price. Only thing that will get him quotable is filings.

I assume the auditors won’t put out the bogus valuations Pedro is trying to pedal so he’s throwing a fit like a child and wanted to trash the auditors on something more official. Makes himself look like a fool in the end.

If the expired patent was worth anything he would renew it, if they had operations, key staff or a locale he would declare it, if he had real estate assets he would have property records/deeds… yet he has none of these, his whole future hinges on manipulating these financials so he can scam people into financing and investing in his scams.
