2. OTCs in a bad bear market right now (money leaving to cryptoland and BBs)

3. Complaints about supply chain issues from CEO and that they pretty much can't do anything but sit on their hands because of ''corona'' (this could mean no catalyst for many many more months)

4. Tax harvesting season coming up

Gun to your head and ask yourself what is the more likely scenario to occur here ? This mooning before year end or the downward continuation to 3-5 cent area ?

I really admire the balls on investors that continue holding this one and averaging down, after all sometimes things do moves that don't make sense so there might be a reward for that but with the above facts factored in? The odds for winning this bet are very low at best.
