My read on this is that fccn wanted GG to make money but in a controlled fashion.... Which is good for the investors. from the looks of it gg would likely be dumping 100,000 shares at a time.. This would prevent dilution of the stock as fccn/aero pay off the debt. It would also keep the share price high so they could step into NASDAQ.. A lot of things that I read have really indicated to me that there plans are to have the stock naturally sell in the $5 - 10 dollar range instead of performing a reverse stock split..
