Everyone is aware ILST merger was completed and ready a long time ago? Remember what Frank said. Lots of interest and companies on the table. So how was this completed so quickly? There is only one obvious conclusion. It was an outstanding company that beat out all other companies on the table. ILST was the first merger ready. Jpex was the first merger announced.
