Either way, guyer had no intentions of operating a legit mill operation, only mining investors and traders pockets.

If the building can pass code, someone should buy the property and make it a museum for scam mining ceo's. Unfortunately, no one wants the clean up costs so it may just sit there forever polluting whatever water systems and ground tables in the area.
